Otro pasajero, un var\u00f3n de 17 a\u00f1os, sufri\u00f3 heridas que pusieron en peligro su vida y fue trasladado al hospital, donde falleci\u00f3 m\u00e1s tarde. Se sigue investigando la causa del accidente.<\/p>\n<h2>Recursos jur\u00eddicos para las v\u00edctimas<\/h2>\n<p>Si las pruebas reunidas indican que el adolescente actu\u00f3 con negligencia o imprudencia al volante, lo que provoc\u00f3 el accidente, la familia superviviente de los dos pasajeros adolescentes fallecidos puede presentar una demanda por homicidio culposo contra el conductor.
