Car vs. trash truck accident claims life

When people in California and elsewhere drive too fast or recklessly, it puts them and all others on the road in danger. Around 6:30 a.m. on April 25, a vehicle was headed along SR-163 near Genesee Avenue in San Diego. Officials with the California Highway Patrol stated that the Ford Fusion was speeding when it collided with the back of a city trash truck. The trash truck was reportedly driving at a much lower rate of speed.

The Ford Focus was being driven by a 24-year-old man. He suffered major injuries in the crash and was declared dead at the scene. He was apparently the only one in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
